The L.M.C.D. sug- <br />gested ordinance is enclosed, but this ordinance has never <br />been adopted by Orono. <br />(4) A street grade profile has been submitted to the Engineer, <br />and his report should be avai !able at Monday night's Coun- <br />ci I ineetins. His comments should be incor:porated into any <br />approva I. <br />The question of Park dedication hinges on the Council's decision regarding <br />Jn-rtpari~n rights. 14y discussions with the pe1 itioner included my sugges~lon <br />that perhaps the Ciiy ,1ould consider common dockinq privileges it the remainder <br />of the lakeshore pro;Jerty 1,as dedicated to ·Pie City. The Park Commission was <br />approac11ed with this ide.J ~ind they didn't si"cm to ·t-hink that this property would <br />be that valuable for park purposes.
