Shed on Lot ! to be removed upon construction of road. <br />4. Garage on Lot 3 will require a rear yard setback <br />variance if it remains. <br />5. Lot 2 and Lot 3 will not be given setback variances. <br />6. Existing house will require lakeshore setback variance. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - MAY 7, 1979 <br />The main concern of the Planning Commission was the question of <br />allowing a dock on Lot 3's southern shore because of the impact <br />upon the marsh. Mrs. Olson contends that a dock had existed for <br />years at the most western edge of Lot 3's shoreline. The Commission <br />reque3ts that an outlot on north shore of plat be created for Lot 3 <br />dock usage. The Planning Commission recommends preliminary approval <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Outlot to be created on north shore and designated for <br />dock use only for Lot 3. <br />2. Park dedication fee to be determined for two newly created <br />lots. (Total $880.00 - $440.00 each lot). <br />3. Plat road to be public and graveled because of environmental <br />concerns. <br />4. Lots 2 and 3 will not be given setback variances. <br />5. Approval for 2 new sewer connection charges (to be paid at <br />time of building permit)and existing house to be connected <br />to City sewer by August 1, 1979. <br />6. Existing shed to be removed by final approval if right-of-way <br />remains the same. Existing garage to be removed upon issuing <br />a building permit for Lot 3. <br />7. The existing house on Lot 1 to be given a setback variance. <br />
