March 7, 1979 <br />Ciry Petersen <br />1340 Baldur Park Road <br />Subdivision <br />Page S <br />STAFF NO.E - MAY 14, 1979 <br />#466 <br />Staff has inspected the southern shoreline of Lot 3 and located a <br />suitable dock area, exactly where a previous one had existed. <br />The "dock" site meets the side setback requirements for Lot 3. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff concurs with the recommendation of Planning Commission but <br />for two points: <br />1. We recommend against an outlot on north shore of plat. <br />To lessen the impact on marsh, we recommend designating the <br />acceptable dock area on the south shore in the final resolution <br />for the plat. <br />2. Upon questioning the Public Works Coordinator, he recommends <br />that the entire continuation of Baldur Park Road be paved the <br />width of the existing road through Lot 18 to cul-de-sac. Staff <br />recognizes the environmental concerns of the Planning Commission <br />and might suggest the cul-de-sac be placed further east and allow <br />only gravel driveways to serve the rest of the peninsula. <br />
