Responsibility for repair should <br />failure occur <br />4. Responsibility for replacement should <br />failure occur <br />5. Method or :node of connection to the system should <br />development on individual lots be non -concurrent <br />This agreement should be reviewed by staff. and City Attorney <br />prior to subdivision approval. <br />Completion of the above items will help to document the rationale <br />for allowing the graywater system/holdinq tank combination on <br />this site and will ensure that responsibilities for proper func- <br />tioning of the system are well defined. <br />In lieu of completion of the above items, I would recommend that <br />a total holding tank system be required to serve the 3 proposed <br />residences. <br />
