I • <br />Variances 19.21 - 660 <br />The Huber variance application has been subiect to <br />the ease reviewing process as the two previous <br />variance applications to the moratoriums ISO1, <br />Gerald Gustafson, setback variance for basement <br />addition and 1503, Henry Schmitz, setback variance <br />for detached garage. The Huber* propose an <br />addition with two bedrooms and a bathroom renuirinq <br />a side yard setback. This reviewing process <br />involves Michael reaffron, Septic System Inspector, <br />inspecting each site plan to assurm that adequate <br />area rr• %ins for septic expansion, either additional <br />area cc. xpand existing system and/or adequate area <br />for an alternate xvstem. The intent of the septic <br />code is to preserve on both now and exiztina lots <br />enough area to handle all future sewage treatment <br />needs in the unsewered area. Michael saffron has <br />detailed this application of the septic code in <br />his memo dated September 19, 1979. <br />The Huber& did not have enough area to satixf. <br />both the addition and the septic code's demands. <br />Our advice was to acquire additional land from <br />the neighboring property owner. Gaffron's mono of <br />September 24, 1979 reviews the effects of this <br />acquisition on both the Huber.'s application and <br />the neighbor's property. <br />Approval of the Huber's variance application was <br />bnse►d on the following conditions <br />?.
