I • Variances 19.21 - 660 The Huber variance application has been subiect to the ease reviewing process as the two previous variance applications to the moratoriums ISO1, Gerald Gustafson, setback variance for basement addition and 1503, Henry Schmitz, setback variance for detached garage. The Huber* propose an addition with two bedrooms and a bathroom renuirinq a side yard setback. This reviewing process involves Michael reaffron, Septic System Inspector, inspecting each site plan to assurm that adequate area rr• %ins for septic expansion, either additional area cc. xpand existing system and/or adequate area for an alternate xvstem. The intent of the septic code is to preserve on both now and exiztina lots enough area to handle all future sewage treatment needs in the unsewered area. Michael saffron has detailed this application of the septic code in his memo dated September 19, 1979. The Huber& did not have enough area to satixf. both the addition and the septic code's demands. Our advice was to acquire additional land from the neighboring property owner. Gaffron's mono of September 24, 1979 reviews the effects of this acquisition on both the Huber.'s application and the neighbor's property.
