Gaffron, Asst Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: December 8, 1988 <br />Subject: #1352 Charles Schoen/Sheldon Jacobs, 2430 & 2640 North Shore Dr - <br />Subdivision of a Lot Line Rearrangement - Resolution <br />Application - Transfer of 1.39 acre parcel from Schoen to Jacobs. <br />Zoning District - RR-lB <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit A - Proposed Resolution <br />Exhibit B - Notice of Planning Commission Action of 11/22/88 <br />Exhibit C - Memo & Exhibits of 11/9/88 <br />Discussion - <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of November 9, 1988. The proposed <br />division is for the purpose of allowing Jacobs to purchase a portion of the <br />Schoen property which is contiguous with Jacobs' dry land, but is not <br />contiguous to Schoen. The new lot line leaves Schoen with 17 dry <br />contiguous acres total and increases Jacobs' dry buildable to approximately <br />14.5 acres. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this item at their November 21, 1988 <br />meeting and recommended on a vote of 6 to 0 to approve the proposed <br />subdivision. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposed lot line rearrangement per <br />the attached resolution. <br />W <br />
