A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION <br />OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />AT 2430 AND 2640 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />FILE NO. 1352 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted sub- <br />division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br />within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />sullivisi.on by Charles Schoen and Sheldon Jacobs (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />Tract A, Registered Land Survey #1467 <br />and <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Kathleen's French Lake, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br />City for a metes a..1 bounds subdivision for division and combination <br />purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot line <br />rearrangement for Charles Schoen and Sheldon Jacobs as shown on the <br />Certificate of Survey by Theadore D. Kemna, dated September 29, 1988 and <br />attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, <br />the owner of Parcel B, as described in the Certificate of Survey <br />r?ferenced above, must apply to the City for legal combination for tax <br />purposes with Parcel A as described in that same survey. <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate of <br />Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's Office on or before June 12, 1989 together with a certified <br />original copy of this Resolution. <br />Page l of 2 <br />
