NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the petition of Jensen Homes, <br />Inc., on behalf of Alfred and Ingrid Harrison, is hereby granted, and that <br />the portion of dedicated drainage easement legally described above is <br />hereby vacated. This approval is to be construed as concurrent vacation of <br />a similarly described portion of the Flowage and Conservation Easement <br />filed with the County as Document No. 4856970 on January 6, 1984. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held December 12, i988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
