PAPAS <br />3369 CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />DMIAL RESOLUTION 12537* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by Actina <br />Mayor Peterson, to adopt Resolution 02537, denying the variance <br />requested by Jon W. Papas. Motion, Ayes-3, Nays-0, Motion <br />passed. <br />f1329 THOMAS MCNELLIS <br />355 MOODHILL ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />Mr. MCNe 1 1 is and Mr. Arthur Dickey, Mr. McNe 1 1 i s's <br />Architect, were present for this mePtinq. <br />A brief review of Mr. McNellis's application was provided by <br />City Administra�-r Bernhard3on. In order for Mr. McNellis to <br />construct h:s proposed new residence, he would need approval for <br />a front setback variance and wetland setback variance. The <br />proposed residence would encroach 4' into the 26' wetland <br />setback. The easement line was determined by using the 964 <br />contour line. The actual edge of the wetlands is actually 36' <br />from the bui ldina artvelope. Mr. McNel lit's deck would be 32' <br />from the edge of the wetlands, but only 22' from the edge of the <br />easement. Bernhardson further reported that he haci met with Mr. <br />Dickey and Mr. McNellis and the possibility of a lot line <br />rearrangement was liscussed. If Mr. McNellis could obtain a <br />
