Zoning File #1329 <br />November 8, 1988 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Staff Recn�endation - <br />Although the applicant and his architect have suggested that the best <br />development plan for the property will require variances, staff concurs <br />with the Planning Commission's majority opinion, that setback variances are <br />hard to justify on such a new lot that was created according to all current <br />standards. <br />Because of the Planning Commission's 4-3 vote for denial, staff has <br />not drafted a final resolution. A resolution reflecting Council's action <br />on this application will be drafted for your next meeting. <br />
