Subd. 7. Permit procedure. When a person or club applies for <br />a permit, the city administrator may require certain inforration to be <br />on the application and permit form. <br />1. Location of event <br />2. Site visit to be required. <br />3. Intended use of permit. <br />4. Certificate of Insurance <br />5. Hours of shooting <br />6. Number of participants <br />7. Notice '. police prior to shooting. This notice <br />to be within one hour of corrinencement of event. <br />8. Annual permit to require notice to be given to <br />surrounding property owners and an opportunity <br />for them to object prior to issuance of a permit <br />under this section, but such objections shall <br />not require the permi-t to be withheld. Any <br />person may appeal the denial of a permit to the <br />Council. <br />Subd. 9. Confiscation. The firearms, bow and arrow, explosive_ <br />or other dangerous weapons of the alleged violator of this Section <br />may be confiscated at the time of arrest, and returned only if the <br />violator is adjudged not guilty of the offense charged and no liability <br />1 of damages shall result therefrom. Confiscated firearms may be disposed <br />of as provi .ed by law. <br />violation of an annual permit by club would not result in confiscation <br />as listed in Subd. 9. <br />This ordinance shall be affective upon adoption and <br />publication. <br />Adopted by the City Counci 1 of Orono on this 28th day of <br />October, 1985, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays. <br />r%o' <br />rothy M Hallin, City Clerk Mary C. er, Mayor <br />
