SEC. 4.17. General Prohibitions for purposes of this <br />section, it is unlawful to: <br />NON -INTOXICATING HALT LIQUOR <br />Subd. 1. Person other than the parent or legal <br />guardian to procure non -intoxicating malt liquor for any person <br />below the State established legal drinking age. <br />3ubd. 2. Person under the State established legal <br />drinking age to consume non -intoxicating malt liquor unless in th^ <br />company of his parent or guardian. <br />Subd. 3. Person under the State established legal <br />drinking age to have in his possession any non -intoxicating malt <br />liquor with intent to consume the same at a place other than the <br />household of his parent or guardian. Possession of such non - <br />intoxicating malt liquor at a place. other than the household of his <br />parent or guardian shall be pr'.ma facia evidence of intent to <br />consume the same at a place other than the household of his parent <br />or gauadiz.n. <br />Subd. 4. Licensee or his employee to sell or serve non - <br />intoxicating malt liquor to any person under the State established <br />legal drinking age, to consume non -intoxicating malt liquor on the <br />licensed premise, or to permit any person under the state <br />established legal drinking age to loiter or to remain in the room <br />where on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor is being sold or served <br />unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. <br />Subd. 5. Person under t ie State established legal <br />drinking age to purchase or otherwise ,irocure non -intoxicating malt <br />liquor, or induce another party, not his parent or guardian, to <br />procure non -intoxicating malt liquor f,,r him. <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />Subd. <br />6. Person under the State <br />established legal <br />drinking age to <br />consume intoxicating liquor. <br />Subd. <br />7. Person under the State <br />established legal <br />drinking age to <br />have intoxicating liquor in his <br />possession. <br />Subd. <br />B. Person under the State <br />established legal <br />drinking age <br />to enter licensed premise for <br />the purpose of <br />purchasing or p:ocuring <br />intoxicating liquor. <br />Subd. <br />9. Person under the State <br />established legal <br />drinking age to <br />be in or upon licensed intoxicating liquor premises <br />except a restaurant, hotel or motel, and tnen <br />only if accompanied <br />by at least one <br />of his parents or his guardian; <br />and it is unlawful <br />for the licensee to permit such person to remain <br />upon licensed <br />premises. <br />Subd. 10.
