Person to furnish, purchase or procure <br />intoxicating liquor for a person under the State established legal <br />drinking age. <br />Subd. 121. Person under the State established legal <br />drinking age to purchase or otherwise procure intoxicating liquor, <br />or induce another to purchase intoxicating liquor for him. <br />Subd. 13. On -Sale Licensee to sell wine except in <br />conjunction with the sale of food. <br />INTOXICATING AND NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />Subd. 14. A person under the S*ate established legal <br />drinking age to misrepresent his age for the purpose of obtaining <br />intoxicating or non -intoxicating malt liquor. <br />Subd. 15. Person to knowingly induce another to make an <br />illegal sale or purchase of intoxicating ' quor or non -intoxicating <br />malt liquor. <br />Subd. 16. Licensee to sell intoxicating liquor or non - <br />intoxicating malt liquor on any day, or during any hour, when sales <br />of liquor are not permitted by law. <br />Subd. 17. Person to purchase intoxicating liquor or non- <br />intc:cicating malt liquor on any day, or during any hours, when <br />sales of liquor are not permitted by law. <br />Subd. 18. Licensee to sell or serve intoxicating liquor <br />or non -intoxicating malt liquor to any person who is obviously <br />intoxicated. <br />NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR <br />SEC. 4.28. NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR. LICENSE REQUIRED. <br />It is unlawful for any person to sell, or keep or offer for sale, <br />any non -intoxicating malt liquor without a license therefor from <br />the City. This Section shall not apply to sales by manufacturers <br />to wht esalers or to sales by wholesalers to persons holding off - <br />sale -ion-intoxicating malt liquor licensee from the City. <br />SEC. 4.21. TEMPORARY NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE. <br />Subd. 1. Applicant. A club or charitable, religious, or <br />non-profit organization, duly incorporated as a non-profit or <br />religious corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and <br />Lhe City, shall qualify for a temporary on -sale non -intoxicating <br />malt liquor license, for serving non -intoxicating malt liquor. <br />Licenses may be issued for serving, in addition to other premises, <br />on and off school grounds, and in and out of school buildings. <br />ORONO CC <br />77 <br />
