Subd. <br />9. <br />Prohibition of License <br />Issuance. No employee <br />or public official <br />of the City of Orono <br />may be a holder of any <br />license issued <br />under <br />this Section. This does not, however, prevent <br />the issuance <br />of a <br />license to a club <br />of which any of the <br />aforementioned <br />are members or on the board <br />of directors. <br />Subd. le. Financial Indebtedness. No person shall be <br />financially indebted to any person not otherwise qualified for the <br />license. <br />Subd. 11. Zoning Ordinance Requirements. Not <br />withstanding any Section in this ordinance to the contrary, all <br />premises that are licensed must be located in zoning districts in <br />which they are permitted and must be in compliance with those <br />zoning codes. <br />75 <br />
