Legal combination of the three separate parcels with <br />the homestead parcel. <br />2. Provide grading and drainage plans with construction <br />plans at time of application for building permit. <br />3. Upon resolve of sewer easementissue, applicants may be <br />asked to grant access and utility easement over sewer <br />line adjacent to southern lot line of Lot 16. <br />4.
