Lot coverage. <br />FILE #05-3106 <br />4 April 2005 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />In all zoning districts, for all lots of 0--1. 99 acres in total area, the total combined <br />footprint areas of all principal and accessory structures shall not exceed 15 percent of the <br />lot area.
