Teri is classified as being in <br />Group 4 under the City's Compensation Plan. she continues to <br />perform at a level that exceeds the expected performance level. <br />She assumes the responsibility of scheduling tha clerical <br />wGrkload between the two part-time positions and herself. In <br />addition she has completed the three year Minnesota Municipal <br />Clerk's Institute sponsored by the University of Minnesota.
