Although Jamie is a part-time regular <br />employee she continues to be very flexible in her scheduled work <br />hours as demonstrated during the three month period that the <br />Deputy Clerk was on a leave of absence. Jamie is classified as <br />being in Group 2 under the city's Compensation Plan and I <br />recommend her salary be adjusted from $7.27 ier hour to $7.679 <br />per hour effective July 1, 1988. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />PROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrato <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by __, to approve the <br />step adjustment for Jamie Bosma, Clerical I, from $7.27 per hour <br />to $7.679 per hour effective July 1, 1988.
