Sexual harassmant may include, but is not limited to, the <br />following: <br />- Verbal harassment or abuse of a sexual nature; <br />- Pressure for sexual activity; <br />- Repeated remarks with sexual or demeaning <br />implications; <br />- Unwelcome touching; or <br />- Suggestions or demands for sexual involvement <br />accompanied by implied or explicit threats <br />concerning one's job. <br />Protection from harassment in the course of employment is <br />provided in the following categories: <br />- Harassment by supervisors or persons with <br />managem-: it authority; <br />- Harassm from peers or co-workers; and <br />- Harassr, by way of a sexually degrading work <br />environm <br />2 <br />
