Septic Testing determining two conforming sites are located on the property, or <br />within the easement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />B. . or, sewer extension acceptable to the City is provided to the property and a utility <br />easement is granted to the public to allow the sewer extension to be complete. <br />C. No building permit will be issued for the new house until the sewer/septic is <br />approved and installed per the requirements of the City. <br />D.
