2. Recommend denial. <br />A. Based on no conforming septic system is located on the property and no testing <br />information has been received by the City. <br />B. No new house can be constructed unless the house is connected to sanitary sewer or <br />two conforming drainfield sites and complete system designs have been provided for <br />installation. Septic design requirements include full design for a 5 bedroom house. <br />The Planning Commission and Council can not grant variances to septic standards. <br />C. Other findings related to the zoning variances on the site plan. <br />3. Table. <br />A. Require additional information regarding the status of the property in relation to <br />sewage disposal, whether sewer or septic. <br />B. Applicant should agree to waive the 60 day application deadline and sign a letter <br />confirming the application deadline has been officially waived. <br />4.
