Meeting all setback requirements. <br />2. Utilizing pervious materials. <br />3. IJo other land available. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. John Bonner, representing Ski-Tonka, discussed <br />with the City Council Ski-Tonka's request for a <br />license to operate Phase I. Mr. Bonner stated <br />that he had appeared at th? Council Chambers for <br />the March 14, 1977 scheduled Council meeting but <br />the Chambers were dark. Mr. Van Nest informed <br />Mr. Bonner that the March 14, 1977 Council meeting <br />had heen cancelled for lack of a quorum and had <br />been rescheduled for March 17, 1977 at 7:00 P.M., <br />as the Minutes of that evening indicate. <br />Mr. Bonner commented that the tow lines have <br />improved since the last report and Ski-Tonka does <br />not fully agree with Mr. Alan Olson's letter on <br />his inspections. We have not received any further <br />correspondence from City staff on what to do to <br />remedy the problem. <br />Mayor Van Nest commented that Mr. Olson's original <br />letter outlines conclusions and apl,,*ars to me <br />that it is clear and decisive. <br />Mayor Van Nest read the conclusions: <br />1. Correction of stopping distances on Tows 3 i 6. <br />r, Do you agree? Mr. Bonner: Yes. <br />2. Installation of operator's stations which can <br />view and control the entire length of all tows. <br />Do you agree? Mr. Bonner: No. <br />3. Review of signing for conformity. <br />Do you agree?
