Once <br />again, she reminded the Planning Commission of <br />i the error that was mode at the time Mrs. Partcn's <br />house was constructed. Mrs. Par ten is now living <br />=., in her home and is more aware of the problem. <br />Time has helped the situation and Mrs. Parten is <br />now agreeable to the proposed fence. <br />Mrs. Gasch also informed the Commission that she <br />would be planting evergreens along the fence. <br />When the day came that she could remove the <br />fence, she would do so. <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval <br />Of the proposed fence based on the current <br />status to try to alleviate some of the problems <br />involved. Approval was subject to a written <br />statement of approval from Mrs. Parten and <br />the planting of evergreens to include the removal <br />Of this fence at some future date. <br />Council Meeting - March 17, 1977 <br />Tabled on request of applicant. <br />i <br />Council Meeting - March 28, 1977 <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />variance request for Mrs. Gasch, 1030 Tonkawa <br />Road, for a fence, subject to obtaining a letter <br />Of no objection from Mrs. Parten. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />j Henry Muhich, Building i Zoning Administrator, <br />stated in his memo of March 16, 1977, that Mr. <br />i Allan Grannes, 4496 North Shore Dirve is request- <br />ing a lot area variance for an addition to his <br />existing dwelling. The width requirem,ntlot meets 80% of the lot <br />1 . The proposed addition would <br />meet all setback requirements. <br />i <br />The area of ttlis lot is about 10,000 sq. ft. <br />short of the required 43,560 sq. ft.
