Rxhibit <br />Exhibit I - Amended �'urvey <br />The Planning Commission advised the applicant that the application <br />would not be presented for Council action until a revised survey was <br />submitted showing all improvements on the property. ThA revised survey was <br />submitted to the City showing all improvements. In addition, the existing <br />hardcover to be removed has also been designated on the survey. <br />The Planning Commission accepted Option B, noted above in the staff <br />recommendation, ca.tling for a removal of 1.8% of hardcover within the 75- <br />500' setback areas.
