Additional Co ents and Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The only co::,,s,ents the Planning Commission had in addition to the staff <br />report noted above was the issue of the signage proposed for the site. <br />Planning Commission felt the 8' by 8' sign advertising the camp was far too <br />larg for the recreational use district and recommended that the minimum <br />sign area for a commercial use be allowed not to exceed 50 s.f. in area. <br />The applicant had no problems in reducing the signage for the proposed use. <br />The Planning Commission moved to adopt the staff recommendation noted above <br />and in addition sited the limits on the size of signage and that the "camp <br />rules" sign at 3' by 5' could be placed by the dock. All other signage <br />would have to meet the 75' setback from the lakeshore, The enclosed staff <br />resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission findings and <br />conditions of approval. <br />
