Violations and Penalties . The penalty for conviction of <br /> a violation o£ this ordinance including any violation as described in <br /> " UBC Section ?.415 shall be in keeping with Minnesota Statutes 509. 031 <br /> which provides for a maximum fine of 5500 . �C� or imprisonment for 9b . <br /> days , or both. <br /> SECTION 3_ Adoption and Publication.
