' , � <br /> C�t� o� ORONO � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL - <br /> NO. 1504 <br /> , � <br /> • � • • <br /> APPROVING <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br /> OF ORDINANCE N0. 251 <br /> WHEREAS, on July 11, 1983 , the Orono City <br /> Council by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays adopted Ordinance No . <br /> 251 , "An Ordinance Adopting the 1983 Minnesota State Building <br /> Co—de�land <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has determined that <br /> publication of the title and a summary of the ordinance would clearly <br /> inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance ; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has reviewed the text of the <br /> ordinance summary attached hereto as Exhibit A and finds that it <br /> clearly informs the public of the ordinances' intent and effect. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono that the City Clerk shall publish the title of the ordinance <br /> together with the attached summary, with notice that a printed copy o� <br /> the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the City � <br /> Administrative Office during normal office hours , and that <br /> publication of the title and summary shall be deemed to fulfill all <br /> legal publication requirements as completely as if the entire <br /> ordinance hasbeen published .
