Ordinance No . 233 and the Municipal Code of Orono are <br /> hereby amended by amending Sections 7_0 . 01Q and 2fd . G120 to read as <br /> follows : <br /> 24� . 01�1 . Buildinq Code Adopted . The Minnesota State Building Code <br /> (SBC) established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15. 83 through <br /> 1S .8ti9 , is hereby adopted as the building code for the City of Orono and <br /> is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if completely set <br /> out herein. One copy of said building code shall be marked OFFICIAL <br /> COPY, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be <br /> open to inspection and use by the public . <br /> 20 . H24� Current Edition.
