��" .♦ <br /> c. The storage, repairing or dismantling of <br /> any vehicle. <br /> 53 .040 . All-night Parking Prohibited. No person, <br /> except an operator of an emergency motor vehicle on an emergency <br /> call, shall park a vehicle on any street between the hours of 2:00 <br /> a.m. and 6 :00 a.m. of any day. <br /> 53 . 050. Parking After Snowfall Prohibited. Pdo <br /> person except an operator of an emergency motor vehicle on an <br /> emergency call shall park or leave a vehicle on any street or <br /> municipal parking lot when there is more than two inches ( 2" ) of <br /> snow on the street or municipal parking lot and snow is falling or <br /> has fallen within the previous forty-eight (48 ) hours, or snow is <br /> blowing or has been blowing within the previous forty-eight (48 ) <br /> hours. <br /> 53 . 060. Parking Not to Obstruct Traffic. No person <br /> shall park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such <br /> conditions as to leave available less than ten (10 ) feet of the <br /> width of the outside traffic lane for the free movement of vehicular <br /> traffic, nor park any vehicle in any direction other than that of <br /> the traffic flow. <br /> 53. 070. Emergency Parking Limitations. The Chief of <br /> Police may prohibit or restrict parking of vehicles on any street <br /> or municipal parking lot upon recommendation of the City Council. <br /> 53.080 . Disposal of Illegally Parked Vehicles. If <br /> any persons shall violate the terms and provisions hereof the City <br /> police on discovery of such violation may forthwith remove or <br /> cause to be removed such vehicle from the place where found to any <br /> public garage and such vehicle shall not be delivered to the owner <br /> thereof until the cost of such removal together with the cost of <br /> the storage shall have been paid to the City. In the event that <br /> the owner of such vehicle shall not pay such cost of removal or <br /> storage charges within six (6) months subsequent to the removal <br /> thereof to such garage , the vehicle shall be considered to be <br /> unclaimed and shall be disposed of in accordance with Section 112.30. <br /> 53.090 . Penalty for Violation. Unless otherwise <br /> declared in this chapter with respect to particular offenses, it <br /> is a petty misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or <br /> fail to perform any act required by this chapter; except the <br /> following which are misdemeanors: <br /> a. A violation which is committed in a <br /> manner or under circumstances so as to <br /> endanger any person or property. <br /> -2- <br />
