, ORDINANCE N0. 224 <br />� <br /> ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE DURATION OF A <br /> MORATORIUM ON THE GRANTING OF BUILDING <br /> • PERMITS, LAND SUBDIVISIONS, REZONING <br /> APPLICATIONS, CONDITIONAL OR SPECIAL <br /> USE PERMITS, VARIANCES OR OTHER AUTHORITY <br /> FOR ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE STUBBS <br /> BAY AREA OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by <br /> amending Section S of Ordinance No. 219 to read as follows: <br /> Section 1 . <br /> "Section 5. Duration" This Ordinance shall expire <br /> December 31, 1979, without council action, or it may be repealed <br /> earlier if the council determines that the requisite studies <br /> have been completed and adopted and that appropriate evaluation <br /> and action, including any necessary revisions of the Zoning Code, <br /> have been finalized. <br /> Section 2. This Ordinance sha11 be published in the <br /> Lake Minnetonka Sun and shall be effective itrnnediately upon <br /> publication. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono the <br /> twenty-fourth day of July, 1979, by a vote of ayes nd 0 nays. <br /> William B.
