Upon the adoption of this code, <br /> the Orono N;unicipal Code Chapter 22, "Sewage Disposa"1 Systems: <br /> Regulations and Adoption of the City of Orono" as amended: is <br /> repealed in its entirety to be replaced by this code. <br /> Subdivision 2: Enactment. In order that on-site systems <br /> be designed, located , constructed, used and maintained according <br /> to the intents and p�rposes of this code, this code is hereby <br /> adpted as an Ordinance of the City of Orono. <br /> Subdivision 3 : Publication.
