ORDINANCE N0. 200 <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 50 <br /> OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br /> THE CITY OF ORONO RELATING TO <br /> TRAFFIC REGULATION <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> Section l. Chapter 50 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended by adding Section 50 .030 as follows: <br /> Section 50.030. Startin�q and Acceleration. <br /> No person sha11 start or accelerate any motor <br /> vehicle with an unnecessary exhibition of speed <br /> on any public or private way or place used or <br /> intended to be used for vehicular travel within <br /> the city limits. Prima facie evidence of such <br /> unnecessary exhibition of speed shall be unreason- <br /> able squealing or screeching sounds emitted by <br /> the tires or the throwing of sand or gravel by the <br /> tires of said vehicle or both. <br /> Section 2.
