Any person, firm, <br /> or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of the <br /> Zoning Code, or who shall fail to comply with any of the provi- <br /> sions hereof, or who shall make any false statement in any docu- <br /> � ment required to be submitted under the provisions thereof, <br /> shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, <br /> shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprison- <br /> ment for not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation con- <br /> tinues shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> Section 2 .
