� <br /> . <br /> (b) A schedule showing the proposed season hours and <br /> days of operation. <br /> (c) A list of the minimum number and job description <br /> , of all personnel to be on site when the area is open to� the <br /> public. <br /> (d) The name of the individual responsible for daily <br /> management of the area. <br /> ti <br /> (e) At least one copy of each current promotional <br /> brochure or poster advertising the ski area. <br /> (f) A Ski Area License Application and Inspection <br /> Fee as shall be established by the current City fee schedule <br /> to pay for the inspection and review costs incurred by this <br /> application. <br /> Upon receipt of a Ski Area License Application, the <br /> City Clerk shall review said application for conformity to the <br /> requirements of this chapter and shall schedule a compliance <br /> inspection of the premises. Upon receipt of the compliance <br /> inspection report, the application shall be presented to the <br /> City Council . The Council may refer the application to the <br /> Planning Commission for review. The Council shall, at the <br /> same or any subsequent meeting, pass upon such application <br /> and may in its discretion authorize the issuance of such <br /> license to the applicant, subject to such conditions as the <br /> Council may deem necessary and expedient for the protection <br /> of the health, safety and general welfare of the City. <br /> 69A.040. License Fee and Term. A Ski Area License <br /> approved and issued under the provisions of this chapter <br /> shall run from the time of issuance until expiration on <br /> September 30th each year. Application for annual renewal <br /> of each license and operating permit shall be made to City <br /> Clerk no later than October 15th each year and shall consist <br /> of all information required by Section 69A.030. <br /> 69A. 050. Compliance Required. Licensee must comply <br /> with the Municipal Code of the City of Orono, the American <br /> National Standards Institute (ANSI ) Safety Requirements for <br /> Aerial Passenger Tramways B77.1-1973, hereby incorporated <br /> by reference and made a part of this ordinance, and any other <br /> applicable statutes or regulations regarding the safety of <br /> users of the ski areas, ski equip�ent, total facilities and <br /> grounds. Licensee must insure that no conditions exist on <br /> the premises which adversely affect the public health, safety <br /> and welfare. <br />
