Section 21. Chapter 69 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 69.070. Fee. An applicant for an ass�nbly permit shall pay a <br /> non-refundable investigation fee in the amount prescribed by the <br /> current city fee schedule. If a permit is granted, the applicant <br /> shall pay an administration fee in an amount determined by the <br /> City Council. In setting the amount of the administration fee, <br /> the City O�uncil shall consider the anticipated cost to the City <br /> of controlling the large assembly and otherwise implementing the <br /> ordinances of the City. <br /> Section 22. Chapter 69 A. of the Municipal Gode of the <br /> City of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 69A.040. License Fee and Term. License fees shall be in the <br /> amount prescribed by t e current city fee schedule per year, <br /> expiring on September 30 of each year. Requests for renewal of <br /> a license under this chapter must be accompanied by an up to date <br /> certification signed by an authorized engineer stating that the <br /> ski area and all ski equipment and instruction thereon comply <br /> with the standards of safety established by the National Ski Area <br /> Association and by Section 69A.050. <br /> 69A.060. Transfer of License. An license issued pursuant to this <br /> chapter shall be transfered only upon application for such trans- <br /> fer in writing, conforming in all respects with the provisions of <br /> this chapter governing the filing of an original application; and <br /> said application for transfer shall be accompanied by a transfer <br /> fee in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule. <br /> Section 23. Chapter 69 B. of the Municipal Code of the <br /> City of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 698.020. License Rec�uired. No person shall move, remove, raise, <br /> or hold up any building through or within the limits of the City <br /> of Orono unless such person shall be licensed by the City of <br /> Orono to engage in such occupation. <br /> Upon the filing of an application for such a license, the <br /> same shall be referred to the Building Inspector of said City <br /> and he shall make a full investigation of the qualifications of <br /> the applicant to carry on the work of moving, raising and holding <br /> , up buildings and report his findings thereon to the City Council. <br /> � Upon such report being filed with the City Qouncil, and the <br /> j execution of the bond as required herein and its acceptance by <br /> � the City Council, such license may be granted or refused in the <br /> I discretion of the City �uncil. No license shall be granted to <br /> ( any person less than twenty-one (21) years of age. <br /> I <br /> Ziie fee f or each such license is the amount prescribed <br /> by the current city fee schedule per annum, which fee shall be <br /> paid to the City Clerk at the time of the filing of the applica- <br /> tion for such license. <br /> 7 <br />
