69B. 070, Subd. 3 , C. The permit application shall be accompanied <br /> by a permit fee which is nonrefundable in the amount prescribed <br /> by the current city fee schedule plus any sums required to be <br /> paid by the terms of this or any other ordinance of the City. <br /> Section 24. Chapter 73 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 73.090. FeecSchedule. Fees shall be paid to the City in the <br /> �mounts prescri ed y the current city fee schedule, to reimburse <br /> the City for expenses incurred in processing the initial appli- <br /> cation, annual renewals and in conducting the annual inspection. <br /> License fees shall not be prorated. The license fee for each <br /> license shall be a base fee plus a fee for each water or land <br /> boat slip requested in the application as determined by the City <br /> Oouncil or its agents. In addition, the applicant shall receive <br /> and pay within thirty days an itemized bill for all additional <br /> reasonable expenses incurred which exceed the above fees by the <br /> City in processing the initial application, annual renewal and <br /> annual inspections. Said itemized bill shall include, but not <br /> be limited to, expenses for such items as legal, planning or <br /> engineering consulting services, other city officials or staff, <br /> mileage, materials, advertising for public hearings, and similar <br /> expenses. T4�e Council shall have the right to amend the a.bove. <br /> Section 25. C11apter 74 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 74.030. License F�ee: Duration. The license required by this <br /> chapter sha be in e amount prescribed by the current city <br /> fee schedule per year. Each license shall expire on the April 1 <br /> next following issuance, and sha11 not be prorated. <br /> Section 26. Chapter 80 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 80.044. Permits, Fee. �'he fee for annual and occasional permits <br /> shall be in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule. <br /> Section 27. Chapter 85 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 85.050. Permits. A permit may be issued by the Clerk for super- <br /> vised fireworc�displays upon such conditions as may be prescribed <br /> by the Clerk for the protection of the public safety and welfare. <br /> Application shall be made in writing at least fifteen days before <br /> the date of such display, and each application shall be accom- <br /> panied by a fee in the amount prescribed by the current city fee <br /> schedule. <br /> Section 28. Chapter 110 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 110.50. Schedule of Fees. �'he current city fee schedule shall <br /> 8 <br />
