Section 17. Chapter 63 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 63.030. License Fees and Re uirements. Dog licenses shall be <br /> issued by the City erk upon presentation of a current, valid <br /> rabies vaccination certificate and upon payment of a license fee <br /> in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule if <br /> issued in an o dd numbered year, and one-half of that fee if <br /> issued in an even numbered year. Dogs confined to a kennel <br /> need not be licensed, provided that such kennel is licensed as <br /> provided in Section 63.180. � <br /> 63.180. Dog Kennels, License. No person shall operate a kennel <br /> without being licensed under this se ction. Application for such <br /> kennel license shall be made to the City Clerk, and shall be <br /> accompanied by a license fee in the amount prescribed by the <br /> current city fee schedule. The Clerk shall refer the applica- <br /> tion to the Ci ty Council who may grant or deny it. Licenses <br /> shall be issued on an annual basis, expiring on March 1 of each <br /> year. <br /> Section 18. Chapter 64 of the Municipal �de of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 64.040. License Fee. The annual fee for such license, payable <br /> in advance, sha 1 e the amount prescribed by the current city <br /> fee schedule, which may be prorated upon a quarterly basis if <br /> the license be issued for less than one year. <br /> Section 19. Chapter 66 of the Municipal Oode of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 66.040. License Fee and Term. Z'he annual fee for such collec- <br /> tors license shall be in t e amount prescribed by the current <br /> city fee schedule for the first truck, and an amount prescribed <br /> by the current city fee schedule for each additional truck. This <br /> license fee shall be due and payable on or before June 1 of each <br /> year and this annual license shall become effective from June 1 <br /> through May 31. <br /> 66.050. Tnansfer of License. Any license issued pursuant to <br /> this ordinance shal e transferred only upon application for <br /> such transfer in writing, conforming in all respects to the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance governing the filing of an original <br /> application; and said application for transfer shall be accom- <br /> panied by a transfer fee in the amount prescibed by the cur•rent <br /> city fee schedule. <br /> Section 20. Chapter 67 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 67.040. Permit Fee. Upon submission of the application for <br /> the excavation permit to the Clerk, �-he applicant shall pay a <br /> fee in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule. <br /> 6 <br />
