Chapter 32 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 32.120. �A eal to Planning Oommission. At any time within ninety <br /> days after�t�ie decision of the Zoning Administrator under the pro- <br /> visions of the Zoning Code, except in connection with prosecutions <br /> for violations thereof, the applicant or other person or officers <br /> of the City affected thereby may appeal to the Planning Commission <br /> by filing a written notice stating the action appealed from and <br /> stating the specific grounds upon which the appeal is made. The <br /> notice shall be accompanied by a fee in the amount prescribed by <br /> the current city fee schedule payable to the City, which fee shall <br /> not be refundable. <br /> 32.600. Fees for Zoning A�plications. The fees to be paid for <br /> each application for rezoning, simple subdivision or variance, new, <br /> special or conditional use, accessory and principal uses, shall be <br /> in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule. Fees <br /> shall be payable at the time applications are filed with the <br /> Zoning Administrator and are not refundable unless the application <br /> is withdrawn prior to referral to the Planning Commission. <br /> There shall be no fee in the case of applications filed in the <br /> public interest by the City Council or by the Planning Oommission. <br /> Section 8. Chapter 39 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 39.350. Platting Fees. A fee in the amount prescribed by the <br /> current city fee schedule must accompany the preliminary plat <br /> when it is submitted to the Planning Commission. This fee will <br /> be used for the expenses of the City in connection with approval <br /> or disapproval of said plat and final plat which thereafter may <br /> be submitted. <br /> Section 9. Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of the Gity <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 40.060, Subd. A. The annual license fee for an "on-sale" license <br /> shall be in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule. - <br /> 40.060, Subd. D. At the time of each original application for a <br /> license, the applicant shall also pay a minimum investigating <br /> fee. �is minimum fee shall be in the amount prescribed by the <br /> current city fee schedule for each person shown on the applica- <br /> tion, whether a proprietor, partner, manager, shareholder or <br /> officer.
