application exceeds the minimum investigating fee, the City <br /> shall notify the applicant of this fact and shall require the <br /> applicant to pay an additional investigating fee which the City <br /> Council deems necessary to complete its investigatin of the appli- <br /> cant. The applicant shall pay such additional investigating fee <br /> within five days of being so notified. If such additional, inves- <br /> tigating fee is not paid within such five day period, the City <br /> shall discontinue consideration of the application. <br /> Section 10. Chapter 41 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 41.030. Term and License Fee, "Off-Sale" . The fee for a license <br /> for the "of -sa e of .2 eer shall e in the amount prescribed <br /> by the current city fee schedule per year, which charge shall be <br /> prorated by quarters in case the license is issued for less than <br /> a full year' s term. For convenience, the City Clerk may arrange <br /> for all "off-sale" beer licenses to expire on the same date of <br /> each year. <br /> 41.040. Term and License Fee, "On-Sale". The fee for a license <br /> of the "on-sale" of 3 .2 beer s all e in the amount prescribed <br /> by the current city fee schedule p er year, which charge shall be <br /> prorated by quarters in case the license is issued for less than <br /> a full year's term. For convenience, the City Clerk may arrange <br /> for all "on-sale" beer licenses to expire on the same date of <br /> each year. <br /> Section 11. Chapter 43 of the Municipal Code of �he City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 43.020. License Fee. The fee for a license under this chapter <br /> shall be in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule <br /> per year, which shall be in addition to any license or permit <br /> fees required by the State. Said license fee hereunder shall be <br /> prorated by quarters in case of licenses being issued for less than <br /> a full year's term. Fo r convenience, the City Clerk may arrange <br /> for all licenses under this chapter to expire on the same date of <br /> each year. <br /> Section 12. Chapter 44 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 44.020. License Fee. T�e fee for a weekday license under this <br /> chapter shall be in the amount prescribed by the current city fee <br /> schedule per year and for a Sunday license shall be in the amount <br /> prescribed by the current city fee schedule per year. Said license <br /> fees shall be prorated by quarters in case of licenses to be <br /> issued for less than a full year's term. For convenience, the <br /> City Clerk may arrange for all licenses under this chapter to <br /> expire on the same date of each year. No license hereunder shall <br /> be issued except to a bona fide club as defined in Minnesota <br /> S tatutes, Chapter 340. <br /> 4 <br />
