Continue to work with the property owner to improve <br />the debris on the property situation. <br />2. Continue citing violations on a complaint basis <br />3. Pursue the matter of the hazardous building on the <br />property. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council accept the <br />information and that staff continue to work on a periodic basis <br />to maintain a minimum acceptable level of ..eanliness on the <br />property together with continuation of the hazardous building <br />proceedings on the property. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by that the Council <br />accept the information regarding 1958 Shoreline Drive and direct <br />staff tc continue in their efforts in relationship to the <br />property.
