City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CIT'v COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />6. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement <br />providing for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainageways <br />described therein and sY.-own on the plat as "drainage easements". <br />7. Execution of a Subdivider's Agreement providing for installation <br />of certain improvements as a condition of subdivision approval. <br />8. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br />$1200.00. <br />Page 1 c'' 2 <br />9. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br />ease—ents and convenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />10. Payment to the City of the final plat application fee of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves tha plat of Rolling Meadows 2nd Addition, Hennepin. <br />County, 'Minnesota; and further grants a variance to the standard that would <br />require all lots have frontage on a public road with the creation of a <br />private road, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All 6 lots shall achieve access via the private road. <br />2. Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 3 are considered through <br />lots. All accessory structures on such lots must be approved via a <br />Conditional Use Permit with the City of Orono. The placement of these <br />structures shall be governed by standards set forth in Section 1075, <br />Subdivision 4-C of the Zoning Code. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono, either <br />with the Hennepin County Recorders office or Registrar of Titles on or <br />before October 25, 1988, together witn the certified original copy of <br />this resolution and executed copies of the covenants and easements <br />noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat <br />has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be <br />necessary to file a new application with the Citv of Orono for subdivision <br />review. <br />Dated this 20th day <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
