Mabusth, Euil(ling & zoning Administrator <br />Date: April 20, 1988 <br />Subject: Application #1169, Wear Enterprizes Partnership 2950 Watertown <br />koad - Road Name Requests <br />Staff has reviewed the road names request, requested for the naming of the <br />north/sov-h portion of the private road and the east/west portion. Staff <br />has found no cor.flict with existing road names within the City and <br />surrounding municipalities and recommends that the north/south road be <br />named Wear Lane North and the east/west road be named Wear Circle. <br />Applicant will be advised that a stop sign must be instailed at the <br />intersection of Watertown Road. Payment for the sign and the installation <br />is $75.00. Standard street signs can be ordered through the City at a <br />charge cif $75.00 each. Applicant does have the option to install street <br />signage, but such signage is subject to standards setforth by the City and <br />the Public Works Coordinator should be contacted for further directives. <br />
