All owners, mortgage <br />holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Executed Road and Utilities Easement - see copy attached - to <br />he taken over both road outlots. <br />d) Executed Private Road and Maintenance Covenants - please note <br />this covenant does not deal with the issue of ownership of the <br />road outlots and should be amended if desired. This may also be <br />the instrument you wish to use to disclose unit cost for future <br />users of road. <br />e) Exec•lred Flowage '3nd Conservation Easement - ,t copy <br />attached. <br />f) Complete Road Name Request From - road name must be &eprove(., <br />prior to final Flat approval. <br />4.
