ti <br />City of ORO NO <br />L.( RESnLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />ti <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br />of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat of Wear Enterprises Partnership per plat <br />drawings by Phillip A. Nelson dated September 4, 1987, and further grants a <br />variance to the standard that would require all lots have frontage on a <br />public road with the creation of a private road, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Prior to the issuance of building permits for new construction, <br />the final plat must be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's <br />Office, road base installed and approved by City, and, if required <br />improvements are not completed, the developers must execute a <br />developer's agreement and post a letter of credit (150% of cost of <br />remaining improvements). <br />Required Improvements <br />A) Private road to be constructed per standards set forth in <br />Section 11.33, Subdivi 'ion 4 and 5 for roads serving 3-6 lots. <br />Engineering plans must be approved by City prior to any <br />construction. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly schedul"d Council meeting on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of the mon-h: <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />1. Surveyor to submit copy of prelimi-nary plat locating both primary <br />and alternate septic test sites for each lot - designate to scale <br />location of borings and perculation holes. <br />2. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar c;jpies and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines and drainage easements of wetlands areas platted <br />per preliminary survey. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and ut_lity easements" 10' wide - :g <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br />property lines. <br />c) Designate a 50 feet wide extension of the road outlot (B) to <br />the northern boundary line to t-rve as future access to the <br />north. <br />d) Principal road „u.-iot should be designated as Outlot A.
