The <br />form provides for public ingress, ogress, access, road and <br />utility purpose:, and uses. Outlots A and 2 in the Flat are <br />for a private roadway. It ib my understanuing from the forn <br />headed up Private RGadway Request that the City of Orono <br />has no oLligation to maintain or service this private --ad <br />and that the city .goes not intend to acquire or open <br />private road as a public roadway. If this be the car <br />why is it necessary to :Make availa�'Jle a road easement <br />this time for public purposes?
