The <br />property owner proposes to construct a walkout basement wit, a berm between <br />the home and Lake Minnetonka. <br />The property owner proposes to place a storm sewer pipe to Grain water from <br />the walkout to the lake. We would recommend that the inlet structure contain <br />a sump for collection of debris.
