The plan provides for raising the 1st floor elevation six feet. <br />This willl allow construction of a walkout basement without excavating in the <br />0-75 feet lakeshore setback area. <br />The builder should provide elevations on the neighboring homes. Raising of <br />the first floor elevation may have a significant visual impact on the <br />neighborhood. <br />The grsding proposed around the walkout shows drainage being directed back <br />towards the house. This will require a storm sewer line to drain the area <br />near the house.
