The owner's engineer indicated that additional <br />detail will be provided as a part of the building plan. <br />Hydraulics information submitted indicates the need for a 450 GPM pump. This <br />is somewhat larger that r average 10 GPM sump pump. Installation of the <br />system below the basement floor is proposed. We would recommend venting of <br />the installation to the roof and that it have a sealed access cover. <br />The system as proposed will provide for discharge of the storm water in an ac- <br />ceptable manner.
