Revised parking plan/site plans showing: <br />a) New location of dumpster; <br />b) New location of menu board; <br />c) Lane width at a maximum of 28'; <br />d) Curbing. <br />2. Landscape plans showing: <br />a) Fence location; <br />b) Retaining walls; <br />c) Green space. <br />3. Building plans showing: <br />a) Restroom locations and access; <br />b) Seating. <br />4. Drainage plans. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: of February 18, 1988 <br />Application approval subject to the following: <br />1. Developers aggreement signed and submitted to city before <br />building permit is issued. <br />2. A letter of credit for 150% of the estimated construction <br />cost of landscaping be submitted to city before z,ilding permit <br />is issued. <br />3. Lots 15, 16 and 17 Block 7 Navarre Heights be combined into <br />one lot. <br />4. That parking be reduce to 15 spaces and that traffic flow be <br />maintained for drive through and parking lanes. <br />Enclosed resolution has been drafted per Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />
