East Side - no green space is shown in this area, existing parking <br />is within 2.5' from lot line. <br />All islands within the parking area will be landscaped. Green areas <br />will be landscaped with river rock or wood chips in order to keep these <br />areas maintained. <br />Retaining Wall - a retaining wall is provided wrapping around north <br />end of garage, to protect it from soil erosion and water run-off. <br />Signage: (Exh�bit I) <br />Signage will remain the same. Building Permit #k5591 was approved <br />April 19, 1985. The sign uoard is 28 s.f. and does not extend above the <br />roof more than 3'. <br />Drainage: <br />Drainage is shown on the site plan (Exhibit F). All drainage is <br />directed to County Road 15. There has been no change in existing drainage. <br />Loading Bearths: <br />The accessory structure is used for storage of goods to operate the <br />business. Loading and unloading will be between parking stalls #15 and 16. <br />This will be thAough a 4 foot wide access door. Access to the dumpster <br />will be before operating hours, therefore, will not affect the traffic flow <br />during business hours. <br />Building Plans: <br />The existing stricture is 181x36' (or 648 s.f.) with a new addition of <br />57.5 s.f. on the west side of the structure. The exterior will be changed <br />to brick and glass which meets the requirements of Orono Municipal Code <br />Section 10.44, Subdivision 6 (G). <br />Fire Code Review: <br />20' lanes must be provided per the Uniform Fire Code. Entrance must <br />be a minimum of 20' wide. Propane tank will be removed per and structure <br />will be supplied with natural gas. <br />
